Our Online Return Policy
- We accept returns for store credit or exchange for items that are postmarked within 10 calendar days from your original order date.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- All Sale/Discounted Items are FINAL and are not eligible for return!
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your merchandise or the item(s) will not be eligible for return.
- All returns for apparel must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with original tags still attached.
- All other items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. If any seals are open or broken, no return will be accepted.
- Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Colors of products/items may vary depending on photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Any variation of color or pattern does not quality as a defect.
We do not offer money back refunds.
Glow is NOT responsible for everyday wear and tear that is not covered under that specific brand's warranty.
